Size and Dimensions – Boxes are listed according to inside dimensions. Dimensions are listed in the following order: length x width x depth. Depth is the distance from the opening to the bottom.
Inserts
Partition – IE: 25 or 36 cell dividers
Platforms – used to hold materials off the bottom of the box
Trays –
Neck – sleeve that fits inside of the base of the box and holds the lid above the base
Rim – sleeve which fits in the lid of the box to hold the lid above the base
Foam – Diecut insert used to hold high quality and fragile pieces in place (crystal)
Corners taped in different ways and depend on the strength required to safely package the product.

Telescoping lid will fit over all or part of the base.
Thumb Cut is a small notch removed for the lid to aid in removing the lid from the base. This is usually done if the lid is full telescope.
Blanket orders and Just in Time Inventory are convenient to the customer and manufacture in that the product can be produced and warehoused then shipped on demand.
